Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Associate). Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage but not required.
