Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Associate). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chat support.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage but not required.
